Quick facts: Boco Rock Wind Farm is on ridgelines, 10km southwest of Nimmitabel and 30km north of Bombala. The project was approved in 2010. It was developed and continues to be managed by CWP Renewables, a JV of Continental Wind Partners and Wind Prospect Group. EGCO invested in the project in 2012 and now own the project.

Cullerin Range

Quick facts: In Jan 2008, Origin acquired the development rights for Cullerin from Epuron and it was the company's first self-built wind project. The site is 30km west of Goulbun and is connected to Country Energy's 132kV Goubburn-Yass line. The project coast A$95mn.

Huxley Hill

Quick facts: The first phase at Huxley Hill was built on King Island in Bass Strait as the second commercial wind farm in Australia. The wind turbines are now incorporated into the King Island Renewable Energy Integration Project (KIREIP).

Kooragang Island

Quick facts: Kooragang Island is mostly reclaimed land in the Huinter River estuary in Newcastle, NSW. It is the site of a coal port and various other induestrial enterprises. The 73m WTG was erected by Energy Australia and was the first commercial wind generator to be accredited under the former GreenPower scheme. The machine's PPA expired in Jul 2014 and it was taken out of service.

Qucik facts: Taralga Wind Farm is owned by Banco Santander (90%) and BlueNRGY (10%), and is asset managed by CWP Renewables.  The turbines are on ridgelines just east of the Taralga township. The last machines were installed in Jul 2015. The tower sections were built by Keppel Prince and were transported to site from Portland, VIC.
