Quick facts: In 1992, Cukurova Elektrik let the $225mn main civil contract to Italstrade SpA for the $500mn Berke Dam and hydro plant in Duzici district. The plant is sited in a narrow gorge on the Ceyhan River, halfway between the Sir and Aslantas dams. It has a 201m high, 270m long double arch dam and a powerhouse about 2km downstream. Preliminary work had started in 1990 at the site, which at that time could only be reached by tunnel. Running about nine months late, Italstrade quit the job in mid-1994 and was replaced by Yapi ve Ticaret in Apr 1995. Impoundment began in Sep 2001 and the official opening was in Mar 2002.

Quick facts: This run-of-the-river plant is on the Çakıt River close to Karaisal. Average annual production is expected to be 95 GWh. Construction started in Apr 2008 and  Çakıt was one of several projects in the company Yeşil Enerji, which Statkraft acquired in Jun 2009. The power plant was commissioned in May 2010, started commercial production in June 2010 and was officially opened 12 October 2010. The total length of cannels and tunnels associated with the plant is 5,433m It is connected to the grid by a 11.5km, 34kV line.

In Apr 2009, the Kopru project was taken up by Enerjisa Enerji and went to construction. The RCC dam is 109m tall and the plant commissioned in Q1, 2013.

Quick facts: Oymapinar Dam is on the Manavgat River in the Taurus Mountains 80km east of Antalya and about 25km from the coast. The plant was built for DSI, then turned over to EUAS, and later acquired by Cengiz Group. Some 70% of the output (about 1,620 GWh/yr) is sold directly to the ETI Alüminyum AS aluminum plant in Seydisehir, also owned by Cengiz, via a 380kV line. The 157m, concrete-arch dam, largest in the region, forms a 4.70km² reservoir. In 2007, VA TECH was awarded a contract for extensive control and protection retrofits.

The Sanbey HPP was originally to be built by Erg Insaat AS in JV with with Hydro-Quebec on the Seyhan River near Adana, but the project was actually brought to fruition by Sanko Enerji. Work began in Jul 2007 and the project completed in Dec 2010. Sanibey has a 131m dam. Production is about 1 TWh/yr.
