Quick facts: This was Gulsan's launch power project and development began in 2006. The Kargacayiri Regulator and Degirmenustu HEPP use water from the Korsulu Stream, a part of the Ceylan River in Andirin. Annual output is expected to be around 114 GWh. The plant has 5.8km of tunnels and a gross head of 297m.
