Quick facts: In Aug 2011, Stora Enso announced plans for this CHP plant at its works in Zdirec nad Doubravou, Vysocina. Completion was to schedule in April 2013. The plant cost a reported €21mn and should produce around 40 Gwh/yr of electricity and 110 GWh of heat, both more than enough to cover the mill’s requirements.
